Craig and Gavin are great landlords. Really quick to help with any issues around the house and reachable all the time. Very easy to engage with and you’d struggle to find a better student landlord. Great property as well👍🏻

Gavin has been absolutely amazing landlord, has always been very attentive to any issue we had in our house, and nothing was too much trouble. when we had the water off for a day he bought us water, made sure we had things to flush our toilets with and really went above and beyond to make sure everything got taken care of as quickly and as best possible. Thank you so much Gavin you've been a fantastic landlord

Very accommodating and co-operative - after being initially unhappy with changes made to my room after insulation works, we discussed it and they made some adjustments that I am now very happy with 👍

I honestly can’t rate Croft properties highly enough! Often landlords aren’t very respectful of uni students but Gavin has always gone above and beyond for us. I lived in one of his properties for 2 years and he kept the house in such great condition, going out of his way to renovate and improve features without us even asking. Very rarely had any issues with the house and if we did Gavin was always very quick to fix it. He is also just an overall lovely person - couldn’t recommend more!

I’ve had a great experience renting through Croft Properties. Gavin is a fantastic landlord – always quick to respond to any issues and incredibly reliable. He regularly maintains the property to ensure it’s comfortable, safe, and always presentable.

It’s been so much easier dealing directly with a private landlord like Gavin rather than going through an agency, which often takes a long time to handle maintenance requests. His prompt communication and genuine care for the property makes a big difference.

I’d highly recommend Croft Properties for student lettings – a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Thank you Gavin!
