This fantastic student house provides excellent student accommodation in Leeds. It is situated in a cul-de-sac, close to the Co-op supermarket on Cardigan Road, convenient for the Burley Railway Station and only a few minutes’ walk from The Oak and Skyrack pubs. This is a really beautiful homely house for four students. Not like the usual student property, truly feels like home!
This house has been fully renovated and is always kept in excellent condition. There are four very good sized bedrooms, which have a range of fitted beachwood furniture, all with double beds. There is a newly refurbished separate shower room on the first floor and a second shower room on the upper floor.
The lounge has a laminated oak floor, dark blue Italian leather sofas, IKEA metal and glass coffee tables and a silver and glass TV/ video unit complete with a 42” LG TV. The kitchen was completely refitted in 2018 with beautiful ivory gloss units and matching shiny gloss ivory floor tiles. In addition we have fitted LED plinth lights, under-the-cupboard lights and ceiling lights, meaning there is a lovely ambience and low cost lighting.
This house is to full fire regulation standards with a separate fire alarm and separate burglar alarm. It has high security doors and full double glazing. They don’t come better than this!
